How do I contact the shop?
If you have a question about our items, please check out our FAQs! If you cannot find an answer, please reach out to us at shopaurorasandprose@gmail.com! Please only direct order/store questions to our email and not our social media, as we are unable to endure your question is seen on our social media.
Is Auroras & Prose on social media?
We are! We are @shopaurorasandprose on TikTok and Instagram. We also have a hashtag (#shopaurorasandprose), that we would love for you to use!
Shipping
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Currently our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. This time begins when an order is placed, until it ships out. This does not contain the time the parcel is in transit. After an item is shipped, with the current delays in the postal service it may take 1-2 more weeks to arrive.
My order was marked as delivered, but it isn’t here. What do I do?
Unfortunately at the moment, there is an issue with some delivery services marking an item as delivered several day priors to true delivery. If it doesn’t arrive in a few days, please reach out to us!
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, and The United Kingdom with plans to expand!

Products
When will you release more products?
We LOVE bringing new products to the store. We currently are releasing at least one new design a week, with one full new collection per month!
I see you collaborate with authors for merchandise for their books. Is this something you offer to authors?
Yes! We LOVE working with and licensing with authors. If you would like to see merchandise for your book (or a book you love), please contact us at shopaurorasandprose@gmail.com! We would love to work with you.
How are your products sized?
We use multiple brands of shirts, so each individual product has a sizing chart in the product photos. We also list in each item description what brand we use for that specific product, so that you can compare with items you already own. All of our products currently are unisex. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up one size, for a t shirt dress/crewneck look- we recommend going up two sizes.
Do you offer extended sizing?
We do! Currently we offer up to 5X in most products. For Tees, sizes S-3X are comfort colors, bella + canvas, or lane seven (check individual listing to know which brand is being used). Our print providers do not manufacture in these brands above 3X, so 4X/5X shirts will be printed on Gildan Tees. Our crewnecks are offered up to 5X, but availability is based off of the availability of our print providers.
What brands do you use for t-shirts/ crewnecks?
We offer a variety of brands on our shirts, depending on what looks best for the design. We often use: Comfort Colors tees, Bella + Canvas Tees, Gildan Tees, and Lane Seven Tees and Crewnecks.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the listed delivery date. After 14 days, we offer store credit until 30 calendars days from delivery date. After 30 days past delivery date, we are unable to accept returns. Items must be returned in the condition they were received (unwashed and unworn) for a refund or store credit. Customers will be refunded for the cost of the item- shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would like to return an item, please email us shopaurorasandprose@gmail.com.
My order is incorrect, defective, or not what I ordered. What do I do?
Please reach out to us at shopaurorasandprose@gmail.com within 10 days of order delivery. We will require images of the item, in order to send to our manufacturers. We cannot issue a reprint without a photo of the item.
